Intellectual property refers to the enjoyment of benefits and legal protection that inventors, authors, artists and architects have over the creations of their mind for commercial use.

 

In Honduras, in order to enjoy the benefits and safeguard the invention, trademark, patent, artistic or literary work, design or music from being reproduced without authorization, every creation must be registered with the National Directorate of Intellectual Property.
